بيان الامتثال لسجلات الإنتاج — 18 U.S.C. §2257 / §2257A

All depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct were produced with the documented age and identity of every depicted performer verified before production, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. This statement is linked from the RTA rating label in the footer of every page of this site, including every page on which a depiction appears.

Records are maintained electronically, access-logged, and kept at the producer's place of business or at the custodian's place of business (28 C.F.R. § 75.4).

التفتيش وساعات التوفّر / Inspection and Hours

  • Records are available for inspection only by investigators authorized by the Attorney General of the United States (28 C.F.R. § 75.5(a)).
  • No advance notice of inspection is required or given (28 C.F.R. § 75.5(b)).
  • Authorized investigators may copy any of the records they are entitled to inspect (28 C.F.R. § 75.5(e)).
  • Records are retained for at least seven (7) years from the date of their creation or last amendment, and for at least five (5) years after the producer ceases to conduct business (28 C.F.R. § 75.4).
  • Hours during which the records are available for inspection: [ at least 20 hours per week ]. If the records are not available at least 20 normal business hours per week, notice of the inspection hours is provided to the inspecting agency (28 C.F.R. § 75.5(c)(1)).

  • The legal name of each performer.
  • The date of birth of each performer, from an examined picture identification card.
  • The date of production of the depiction.
  • A copy of the picture identification card of each performer (redacted except name, date of birth, and ID type/number).
  • Identification of the primary producer, and the primary producer's own §2257/§2257A records for each depiction published here.
  • Cross-reference by name and alias of every performer.

Nothing on this site depicts a person under 18 years of age. Content that is not a visual depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct (for example wholly computer-generated imagery) is outside the scope of §§2257/2257A.

English statement

All visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this site were produced in compliance with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Prior to production, each performer was identified by examination of a government-issued picture identification card demonstrating that the performer was 18 years of age or older. The records required to be maintained (legal name, date of birth, date of production, and a copy of the picture identification card) are kept by the records custodian identified above and are available for inspection by investigators authorized by the Attorney General of the United States; no advance notice of inspection is required, and those investigators may copy the records they are entitled to inspect. All records are maintained electronically, access-logged, and retained for at least seven years from the date of their creation or last amendment, and for at least five years after the producer ceases to conduct business (28 C.F.R. § 75.4). No depiction of a person under 18 years of age appears on this site. 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2) — a secondary producer includes any person who publishes, duplicates, reproduces or reissues a matter intended for commercial distribution containing such a visual depiction, or who otherwise manages the sexually explicit content of a computer site or service.
